What to declare and not declare on your medical ?

Hey everybody

With out getting into specifics, is it a good idea to let the doctor know everything about your medical history. For example, every surgery you've ever had whether it be minor or major. Even if there is no ramifications from the surgery or ongoing symptoms. Has anyone every been denied their residency on the grounds they have had chemotherapy in the past?

It's best to be honest but if there's a long history you can ask the doctor who will also have a list of questions to ask anyway.
