I completed my graduation in Business accounting diploma in April, 2014. Got my open work permit in July 2014. Was unable to find any PR related job for the coming one year. Wasted one whole year doing random jobs. Finally got a job as a billing coordinator in a very big transportation company in june 2015 through an agency. Later they made me a receptionist of that company. My boss told me that they will hire me soon. And now I am in a very strong dilemma. What should i ask and tell them about the things that they should do for my PR, before I get hired? What if they hired me as a receptionist which will make it will be impossible for me to go with express entry. What step should i take? How my company could help me for my PR? Please help me.

I would recommend you try to find a job that is NOC A, B or 0 if you are interested in immigrating to Canada.

Whether a receptionist job can help you get PR depends on which province you are in. You'll need to research the provincial nominee program for your province.

Thank you so much for replying. But I guess the billing coordinator job comes under NOC B which is apt for express entry. Currently I am working in Ontario province. Would working as a receptionist be ok for express entry in this province?
