JUST WONDERING WHEN IS A GOOD TIME TO ORDER YOUR CAIPS NOTES? I AM DOING OUTLAND APPLICATION FOR MY SPOUSE AND WE ARE CURIOUS TO SEE WHAT OUR IO HAS BEEN THINKING.... IT IS $5 RIGHT? CAN YOU ONLY ORDER THEM ONE TIME? LIKE IF OUR FILE HAS BEEN THERE FOR 8 MONTHS SO WE ORDER THEM NOW AND THEN IT ENDS UP TAKING THEM MORE THAN A YEAR CAN WE ORDER THEM AGAIN AT A LATER DATE, OR IS IT A ONE TIME ONLY DEAL?? THANKS FOR YOUR HELP

J

You can order Caips, anytime you want to, but the best time is when as you said waiting for 8months without news(best time) after an interview too is good if you didnt receive any good fedback from them you might see the note the officer wrote. Theres no limit as a know.so go ahead.goodluck by the way yes,its 5$ and theres a consent form your spouse has to sign(just scan it) let your spouse sign and send it back by email(theres no problem if its not originale)I did it and received my caips in 30days.Also dont forget to include your birth certificate, health card or pr card, citizen card photocopy with it.

THANK YOU

JUST TO CLARIFY... DOES THE COPY OF BC, HC, OR PR CARD FOR THE SPONSOR RIGHT? JUST WONDERING AS APPLICANT NEEDS TO SIGN BUT THEN WHO'S ID DO YOU SEND WITH IT.

ALSO, COULD I BOTHER YOU FOR THE LINK TO THE FORM?

You have to put your spouse B file number or F file number on form imm5475 #4).And only this form your spouse has to sign. on the left hand side your signature on the bottom and the right hand side your spouse.

You have to send YOUR ID photocopy(the sponsor NOT the sponsored person) atleast 2 ID photocopy. So if you are the sponsor you put your id photocopy.

If you send money order or cheque it is payable to "Receiver General for Canada"
