Dear all,
I do not want to tell my current employer about fsw application,as case not yet decided. if i tell that will effect my promotion etc with current employer. how ever i can give 6 month salary slips mentioning my name designation etc. what should i write chc, as there is written if do not get reference letter from current employer ,give written explanation.i am not claiming points of work experiance from my current employer, because my previous employer fullfills the requirement of experiance points(for 21 points, as previous experiance is 4+ years and eligibile for 38 occupation, requirement of one year.)

I think if you get full 21 points from past experiences and have reference letters for these years you should be good provided you are also meeting the criteria on 1 year continuous job in 38 occupation list without the current job

I would suggest write to CHC that
You meet the qualifying criteria with your past job
You can claim all experience point with past job
Your current employer may not be happy about your Canada PR application and may take this move as sign of instability which may put your job and promotions prospects in jeopardy. For above reasons you do not want to request reference letter from them. Also to prove current employment you are attaching appointment letter and salary slips

You can write a covering letter stating your concerns and request them not to contact your current employer. One of my friend has done this, however, he still have to receive the provisional acceptance.
