I am seeking some advice here.
We are in Canada already on work permit. We submitted our application back in Feb 2010 to Buffalo and later transferred to New York.
Everything seemed fine (although a bit slow) until April last year - at that time we submitted our medical exam as requested.
Since then we haven't heard anything back from anybody. I have sent 3 emails to New York office but not a single word back from them.
It's been almost a year since the medical exam - what should we do??
Sorry I am very new to this forum. If I have missed anything, please let me know. I am really worried about our application. Is it usually that long?
