What should I write? pls help

One of the last parts that I would like to clarify on our application is how we should correctly fill in our address history timeline.

I was moving throughout several condos, and at one point had 2 ongoing leases simultaneously.

From YYYY-MM to YYYY-MM
2017-07 2020-02 (started this lease 2017 07 and ongoing)
2017-11 2018-08 (this is where it overlaps)
2016-03 2017-11
2015-12 2016-03
2014-06 2015-12

Im worried they think I made an error and send back our application.

So, should I just change the most recent date to 2018-07 to 2020-02 to keep the timeline
or what? cause I was planning to attach our contracted lease from our current place that dates back to 2017 07

Suggestion would be to indicate dates and addresses for where you were actually living, and if you are submitting leases that overlap, include a short explanatory note to clarify why.

The overlap of more than one year is a bit odd, but presumably you had reasons you can explain.

Separate piece of paper, logical would be to include with the relevant other attachments or form.
