What should I fill in these questions in IMM008? Please help...

I am married but we are separated de facto for more than 4 years. I do not have legal papers for separation. Our annulment case was dismissed just this year for he didn't have money to push through with the case. In Philippines, annulment is really costly and takes forever to have the decision. Right now, I do not know his whereabouts and we are living with our own lives now.

How am I going to fill the IMM008 for these questions:

Personal details Question no. 14

Have you previously married or in a common-law relationship? Y / N
( I am confused whether to fill this up or not because I am previously married with my ex-husband because I think it is just the same and already filled up that info in Question no. 13 Your current marital status)

c) Type of relationship
(should it be Married if I started to answer Question no. 8. I cannot say I am legally separated because I dont have the legal papers for that.)

From To (Should I fill the FROM with our date of marriage and TO with the date we ended up our relationship or just put the date today because we are still technically married).

Please advise. Thanks in advance.

i will advise u to filled maried, cic doesnt want applicants to tell lies at all cos they will stil trace all what u submited and check everytin may b it corresponds to each other, am sure before your nomination, u filled married, so if u now filled divorced, how will cic handle dis, so fill married,u as the principal applicant, so that it wont delay or cos additional documents to be sent to cic later, since its only you that is going, his not going with you

i already put Married on Question 13 which asks for my Marital Status.

however if I am going to fill up Question no 14, I am going to fill in the dates FROM and TO...
what should I suppose to write then in TO section. Is it the date today or the day we separated de facto (unofficially).

I am confused if I should just skip Question no.14 since I have already stated my Marital Status in Q13.
