Simply get your Masters Degree evaluated. You will anyway get points for your highest qualification. As long as your Canadian Equivalency result says "Masters Degree", you are good to go.

Can you look up other ECA institutions? The reason I say this is because not all Foreign Master's are given Canadian equivalency of Master's.
So except you are 100% sure, you need to get both your degrees assessed. If WES does not assess degrees from the school you got your bachelor's, look for another.

Actually i want apply under NOC 4011 as a lecturer. Under this NOC education required doctoral degree or master's degree is required.
So Before sending educational documents to WES or Comparative Education Service (CES) we can't decided that after evaluation my degree will be Canadian equivalency of Master's.
My IELTS is ready and my score is R 9 W 7.5 L 8 S 7.5.

You can use the WES Degree Equivalency Tool on WES Canada's website, but as the disclaimer on the website says, this is only a preliminary assessment and an indicator only - it may not be the actual assessment.

From what I understand from your comment,your highest degree is Pharm-D? If this is the case, just send your pharm-d (degree, transcript and thesis) to WES ,the Canadian equivalency should be a PhD. This will give you the highest point on the EE education scale.
