What should I do with CSQ?

I am a New Delhi applicant applying from Quebec. I just received my wife's CSQ. Can you guys please advise on the following?

1. Should I wait for New Delhi to ask for this CSQ?
Or
2. Should I just go ahead and send it anyway? and if I go this way, Should I send it directly to New Delhi by myself or should I send it to my wife and ask her to send it in?

My wife already sent in the passports. Should we send CSQ to the same address?

Also at the time of application, my wife was only able to provide here 10th class certificate as proof of d.o.b but now she got an official date of birth certificate. Should we also send it in?

Thanks,

The CSQ you receive is for your wife. She will need it to get her French lessons and her carte soleil. The MICC informs CIC that she has been approved for CSQ.

Good luck!

MICC (Québec Immigration) sends you two copies of the CSQ. One is for your files, and one is "just in case" you need to send it to CIC. MICC sends a copy to CIC, so you shouldn't need to do anything except keep your copies. If CIC doesn't receive their copy from MICC, they will request a copy from you.
