What should I do if I defer my course?

Hi everyone,
I've deferred my course from Sep/2020 to Sep/2021. I just recently received new LOA from the Uni. Should I update new LOA to IRCC or not?
If yes, how can I update or tell them about the change, because I dont see anywhere to upload a new file on my online profile.

Btw, this is my timeline, anyone with similar timeline and how your status?
