Iam a refugee clainment who went for a hearing and was denied for my first hearing and my appeal case was denied too.I was advised to go for Judicial review at the federal court in Toronto. My case has been been there for 13 months and now the CBSA has issued a PRRA that is Pre removal risk assessment. What should I do in this regard.I have been in canada since 2017 December 6. Can somebody advice me on what to do so as to remain in canada and have my permanent residence and citizen of canada

Did you apply for asylum in 2017. Surprising that you have only had a hearing and appeal after so many years although not impossible. What were the results of the PPRA or are you saying that you have been approved to apply for PPRA?
