What should be the correct answer for - “Have you ever applied for express entry” question in e-APR

I had submitted a EE profile in Mar’2018. The CRS was 410 which was low, so I never got an ITA.

Then I withdrew that profile and submitted new one based on updated IELTS score. Now I have received an ITA.

What should I answer to the question- “HAVE YOU EVER APPLIED TO EXPRESS ENTRY BEFORE?”

Yes or no?

Please help/advise.

Answer is no. You indeed never applied, as you never submitted an application for PR.

So, when I created and submitted this new profile I had answered this question as ‘yes’ and also entered by application number. While reviewing all info again for
e-APR, I realized I had misread the question.

If I change the answer to this question, will it affect my ITA?

No it won't. It doesn't affect your score, and your ITA isn't dependent on the answer to that question, unlike education, work experience etc...
