what should be my formal years of education?

I am left with just one course to complete my BBA degree programm of four years. I will be done with it in next two months. I have attended the univerty for four years. Is my formal years of education is still 12 Years or should I include other years at university too, while filling up the forms for canada immigration on spouse visa.

i have same dilema. my husband sponsoring me but dont have college degree as i left half way . being a house wife and raising kid its damm diffcult

Give yourself some credit your formal years of school is whatever the last full year of school that youve completed. If you are one class away from a BA degree, I would say that you have 15 years of formal education, and once you complete that last class, that will complete your 16th year of formal education. 16 years is equal to a Bachelors degree.
