I am currently in US, and planning to move to Canada as an intra-company transfer. I am 34 now. In this situation which province is best to apply for PNP with out further delay?
Also if I stay in Ontario, will I be able to apply for PNP in other provinces?

If you're living and working in Ontario then you would need to apply for PR through either the Ontario PNP program or through the federal program (Express Entry). Other provinces won't be a realistic option.

Based on the very limited information you've provided, it's really impossible to say which province will be best for you. However when it comes down to it, it will really need to be the province where you are living and working.

Hi scylla,
thanks for your response.
I am still in US, and planning to move to Canada, and considering my age is over 30 already. So I was looking for the information that which PNP I can apply immediately or at the earliest.
Also as you have mentioned its make more sence to apply PNP in the same province I am living, so trying to check if I can get my work permit for that province itself.
Also as I am not sure what exact other details you need, so giving you some idea:
I have Btech, 6yr exp in US 6 in India. NOC cat A(big data/ cloud engineer).
Will be moving with my wife, who has also 5+ years of work experience
Please let me know if you need any further details.

Based on your profile, you unfortunately won't have enough points to be selected through Express Entry directly. At least not when you first arrive in Canada. Maybe after you've worked in Canada for a full year.

In terms of PNP, you really need to determine which province your job offer and work permit will be for. This will be determine by where your employer operates / where they have offices. Then you'll know which PNP programs to research.

So if doing a ICT, then PNP will be determine by what province your company operates/has offices in. If your company is Ontario, then focus on OINP.

Technically you could apply for PNP else where but you’ll likely have to prove that you’ll be relocating to that province. If there is no indication that you plan on leaving you current job then it is unlikely that IRCC is going to believe that you have plans to relocate to Saskatchewan for example.

The fact that you don’t have a second degree limits your points. Once you have more experience living in Canada you’ll have more options and points.
