What PNP to choose - ADVISE DEEDED

Hello everybody!

As I see I am getting something around 350 points under CRS, so I need to apply for PNP.

I have 3 years of work experience from past 10 years that I am able to support with needed letters.

But from the past 5 years there is no work experience that I will be able to confirm and my points below 400 so I will not be qualified for OINP.

What other options is the most suitable for my case?
