What PNP applicants can do if their EE application will be rejected?

Sorry to open a new topic here.

If we know that some of our document are not satisfy the requirement of CIC, what we can do know to prevent CIC rejection due to missing document?

Suppose the EE application of PNP applicants will be rejected due to missing documents such as proof funding.
How can they do?
- Apply for ITA again? If the PNP nomination will not expire
- Apply for PNP again, start from Zero again?

can you be specific about the documents you are talking about ?

once your application is rejected , then you profile becomes inactive and you have to make a new profile and then you can add 600 points on your profile again by contacting the province who noimates you.

Nomination can be transferred to new profile.

Yes, nomination can be transferred if its within the period in which the nomination is valid. For example, SINP nomination has only validity of 6 months and the validity end date is mentioned in the nomination certificate. If another EE profile is created within this date, SINP will transfer the nomination to the new profile too and we can get 600 points.

But if the "nomination validity" period is over, then we have to recontact SINP and most probably they'll suggest reapplying, so that based on policies existing at that time, and the criteria at that time, SINP will assess whether to renominate the candidate or not. This is just like starting afresh from scratch, but we can hope that our NOC will still be in demand, and maybe most of our documents such as IELTS will still be valid.

Any SINP applicant after get rejection from CIC in this forum, please share how to do next ? I think that I will get this results because of missing documents. My SINP will expiry on June 2016. But, I am worry :'(

I second this. This is possible; I remember seeing a few cases like this in the forum.

I am not SINP but you might want to send CSE with explanation and attach the document you want to submit. Do it ASAP so they can attach it to your application and update it

Yeah I did send them the document and a polite letter :'(. I asked help from a native speaker also. But, I am still worry. CIC did not process my application yet. I submitted it on 22th December.

Application/profile status Open
Review of eligibility Review in Progress
Review of medical results Not needed at this time

I am not sure that they are waiting for my upfront medical form, or wait to kick me out.
