What percentage we need to score in graduation to study in canada

Iam akshay from india . I have score 51% in my graduation which i have completed in april 2018 .. so am i eligible to study in canada with this precentage

You will have difficulty studying with that average. Will also depend on your IELTS. There may be some college programs that may accept you but don't know which ones.
