Hey guys so this is the situation.
I am sponsoring my wife through the Nairobi visa office.look at my timeline for when I sent my documents. So before I sent in an application for my wife in June, I did an application for visitor visa in April or may. I got denied because they said their wasn't enough reason for her to come back to her country. I said cool ima do a permanent resident/sponsorship application. Sent in the applications and since September/October been on the interview queue. The Nairobi visa office is supposed to take 29 months to process he application.
So cant bring her here on a visitor visa, and I gotta wait 29 months for her permanent residence to finish. Should I just withdraw the application get her a United States visa and get her to canada through that way. She's giving birth July 2013 ( first kid). Or is it better for me to do a visitor visa after she gives birth with our child. Would I have a better shot of getting a visitor visa. I'm pretty sure when she gets her permanent residence approved, that should be a reason to come back to her country to pick up the papers. Wow this process is frustrating, and I can't do a single thing to make it easier or better. I told my mp to ask them about my application. They just told him she is on an interview queue.
Serious what should I do, hate these phone cards loooool
