My PR application had been rejected by IRCC citing IELTS expired and many more.Right now I bit confused and really don't know what to do.I have updated my profile with new IELTS score but my CRS score has come down.Will they reconsider my application after updating my profile. What are the chances.pls guide me.thank you.

Need to know all the reasons they mentioned why they rejected your application, and whether you have addressed those concerns before that question can be answered.

There is no next, it has been rejected already. I am assuming it didn't even make pass the completeness check.
I am just wondering how poorly did you prepare your application to have it rejected due to an expired exam and MANY other reasons.
The only next for you is to resubmit your profile and wait for an ITA, and reapply. Downside? As of today application fees are increasing considerably
