What means due dates on Gcms notes?????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I waiting for PPR medical done 9 months ago ...i received my caips notes there are due dates on pretty much everything
Medical passed
Criminality on process due date 4/4/2013 (today!!!!)
Security not started due date 4/4/2013
Eligibility not started due date 4/4 /2013
File assigned to RC-9515 (who is RC -9515)
Due date 4/4/2013.

Please I know something will happen today ...but anyone can explain this due dates????

Usually the first due date is 1 year after the application is filed. Due dates are also sometimes based on expiry of certain documents, such as 1 year after medicals or police certificates. It depends on which due date. These are internal bring forward dates, but a clear understanding of how they're used by the CIC isn't readily available.

I got the same message on my gcms notes but there is no due date on it.
