I and my wife have not been living together for three years. The judge has not divorced us within these years and has no intentions to do so.
So, legally we are still husband and wife. I don't have intention of bringing my wife to Canada whom I have not seen for 3 years. Therefore, I dont know how to state my marital status in my application. What do you think?

Separated. You will need to show official paperwork to prove you have filed for divorce or have legally separated.
