I am evaluating immigration to Ontario? What kind a chance does a score of 375 stand? I just skimmed through the invitations until April and it shows 32,122 invited in 351-400 point range?

Those who scored below 400 were invited either because they have a job offer in Ontario or speak French.
Unless you work in a profession Ontario is interested in or you speak good French, your chance is slim. Try to improve your score first.

Chances are almost zero otherwise (I am pretty sure that the cutoff CRS won't be lower than 410-420 anytime soon).
