what jobs would be considered in O, A and B categories for PNP Ontario?

I am doing my masters from BC...but I want to apply for PNP Ontario, As I have my family ties there, I want to know what jobs will I consider after getting PGWP to be eligible for PNP Ontario? will working as supervisor at any store will help.? what jobs are categorized as O, A and B ..? and what is pilot PNP program? please specify..thanks
