i have apply for the student visa and it got rejected,i have the file number, is that the number that i have to use in as a uci ?

There are two numbers Application # and UCI (Universal Client Identification), for what you want to use it........

Sorry to hear that, if you have rejected then why you need to use UCI somewhere ?

UCI and File number are not one and the same thing.
