There is no maximum processing time. There is a topic on this forum with a discussion about average time.

FSW's are the slowest to process (generally 2-4 months on AVERAGE)... there's an ongoing debate whether FSW outland is slower or FSW inand is slower... we've seen cases where inlanders process a little faster, and other cases where outlanders process a little faster...

If you want to be optimistic then u should expect PPR by October 15th.... average optimism November 15th.... conservative optimism December 15th... Hope this helps!
