HI,

I am currently living in USA in H1b working for a reputed software concern. I wish to apply for Canadian PR. I have already taken my IELTS and secured 7.5 , please clarify my below doubts?

1. What will be the maximum time period to obtain PR under federal skilled program from USA?
2. What is the procedure to apply under express entry?
3. Which is most quickest on above two?
4. Is there any other PNP program available for H1b holders?
5. My company has many projects in canada too , so I can easily get a transfer , please help me with a quickest way to enter into canada.

1. Maximum would be over a year if the processing of your file takes longer for some reason.
2. Unknown. CIC hasn't published all of the details yet.

4. There are no PNP programs specifically for H1b holders. PNP program requirements are the same for everyone.
5. If your company is willing to move you to Canada and offer you a full time job here, they can try applying for an Intra Company Transfer visa (ICT) which if approved, would allow you to come to Canada and work temporarily.

I am a Indian origin and have Indian passport , currently residing in USA. If I apply for my PR under Federal Skilled Worker during 2015 how much time it will take to complete the process and get the PR?

Hi All,

Currently i am in USA with H1B visa and i have applied for Intra company transfer( Closed work permit) to canada. Still its in internal processing within the company. I have few doubts regarding the processing time.
Am an indian citizen. I changed my indian company to US based company


1. How long will it take to process my work permit to get approve once its submitted.
2. Is there any premium processing available for intra company transfer
