What is the process for in-person passport submission at VFS Delhi ?

Hi,

Can someone please let me know what is the process if we need to submit passport in-person at VFS Delhi. My parents took the premium service but based on many posts it looks like Bluedart pick will take 3-5 days atleast. Do we need to take any appointment?
