What is the NOC for Configuration Analyst?
I was working for a healthcare company. They had a network of providers and members.I started as a credentialing analyst, then moved on to configuration analyst. Below are the key responsibilities I had:
Credentialing Analyst:
1. Verifying and maintaining providers state licenses,
2. Processed new providers applications to join our network.
3. Maintained and worked with providers in order to recredential them (every 3 years)
4. Key tester of SaaS during the implementation of e-credentialing system.
Configuration Analyst:
1. Set up providers in the claims software system, put them in right payor bucket.
2. Set up members in the system and put them in the right network bucket.
2. Worked in the back end of the claims management system and configured medical codes.
3. Worked with claims department to clear claims with error manually in the systems.
4. Point of contact for front end updates and modifications of e-credentialing system.
