Atlantic Canada would be top on my list but that is me.

Gave you suggestions for other Ontario cities but you seem intent on GTA. So research job opportunities and where you can live on your budget in the area that is close to bus, metro and/or GO stations. Do the same for BC and Alberta. Don’t know what you want to do for a job.

The job is the most important issue, how can I understand more clearly which jobs I can do, so I can start searching? I wish to continue working with kids/ people in need somehow, I understand I couldn’t do the same exact job like in Israel, at least for start.

Does your work permit allow you to work with children? Do you have education in the field like ECE? If you want to work with kids in Canada, then job search and see if you meet the requirements through experience and education. Or look at being a nanny/child care provider in a home. There are many jobs for nanny and may provide accommodations.

I didn’t get the visa yet I just applied, I don’t know what will be the limitations but there shouldn’t be any, I should get permission to work in any job as long as I meet the criteria, but in the form I’ve filed that I do intrested in that, so I need to add a medical exam. I don’t have any qualifications or degrees because In Israel you don’t need them for my job, but I do it for 3 years now if it’s made any difference. Chilld care is a good idea.

What is your citizenship?

I would not say that the medical system is good in Ontario. 25% of the populations doesn’t have family doctor in Ontario. Where are you getting your information about medicine and crime? GTA would have the highest crime rate. How does Alberta have a high crime rate? Why are you concerned about it since you have medical/travel insurance on your IEC. Most people who come on working holiday visas work in areas with high tourism.

You seem all over the place. Conduct a job search and then see were you can afford to live.

Don’t think GTA has the highest crime rate. When you factor in how large the city crime rate is lower than many smaller locations

Just comparing to OP who said Alberta has the highest crime rate. Comparing cities to provinces. Highest city is probably Surrey but OP is not going there. Every place has crime so OP is focusing on crime and healthcare as her main criteria, which should not be the main factors, IMO. It should be where she will find a job, affordability. Transportation (no car) etc.

In your opinion. In my opinion, every parameter should be taken into consideration, in the end It's the the combination of them.

Agree. FYI, chances of you getting a family doctor are almost NIL. I know people who have been waiting 3+ years in Ontario for a doctor and they are citizens. Not sure what you expect of the health care system. Crime - it will be everywhere and in the GTA, there is crime and depends on your neighbourhood. If coming to GTA, book an Airbnb for a few weeks and get an idea of where you can afford to live and start job hunting.

I already know that medicine in Canada is generally not that good, a lot because of private medicine is illegal, so I come with a low expectations as it is, it’s more important to me that I can get my regular meds in time, see a good professional doctors if needed or get a good treatment/ exams in a hospital and cetra if needed. Still, I saw an accurate wating times list in all the provinces, and Ontario ranked in the first places also with the most large numbers of doctors in general, so if it’s bad there, I don’t want to think what is the situation in the worst provinces.

Also, globally speaking, Toronto has some of the hospitals that rank as the best in the world.

Not sure what sort of treatment and exams you need in hospitals. Specialists can take years to see. Regular meds can be prescribed through walk in. You need a job in Ontario to even qualify for OHIP. You pay out of pocket for prescriptions.

If you are OK having around a 2.5 hour commute to Toronto, then go for a place like Waterloo or Burlington. If you want to be closer, then you would need to aim for places like Richmond Hill, Markham, Oakville, etc. which will be more expensive from a rent perspecitve. Without a car, it's also going to be important to consider where you are living (i.e. to make sure you are living right by public transit). There are places in Oakville, for example, that really aren't manageable via public transit and a car is a must. Other are doable without a car.

Good luck.
