I think it only means that they're done with the processing. The outcome could be anything. However after medical, visa is quite assured.

I did get a call from them after 4 weeks I lodge my application to do medical. Then after medical is sent to them, after 15 days, they rang me saying that my application is finalized, please make arrangements for payment to post back all my docs.

It means they have finalised processing your documents and issued a visa,at this levell start working on those affordable airlines to your destination in Canada.

My Chest xray here in HK saying LUNG FIELDS: fibronodular changes and mild pleural thickening are noted at the right upper zone.They remain similar to that in previous chest xray dated 4-1-18 which that Xray happened in Philippines.
Ebidence of TB doctor write down PRESENT
The findings are suggestive of previous inflammation.Both TB and non TB causes are possible.
Are there strong suspicions of active TB? Doctor write down to my medical NO. I wanna ask if this will affect to my application in canada?
