I really Pleased for join with here, I am vignesh ,and I had complete Diploma in Civil engineering 3 years after my high school education of 10th, What is my Equivalent of canada education level , My NOC code is 7302 construction site foreman , ECA and IELTS must for me?. I want to work in canada with temporary foriegn worker visa

Research on WES website. They have a tool to calculate your degree before starting an application. Not sure but other ECAs wil also have similar tool to get an idea about their foreign education. Hope this helps.
