What is the eligibilty criteria for PNP and how could i register to get the nomination?

I am interested in immigrating to Canada. I have checked my scores are evaluation is about 448. one of my friends told me about Pronive nomination program but as I explored it is asking for a valid job offer from a Canadian employer. Need your inputs and suggestions.
