What is the difference between work visa and PGWP in terms of duration?

Please I have received work visa and letter of introduction and I should receive pgwp upon arrival to Canada. The validity of the visa is two years. I need to know if the duration of pgwp is the same as that of letter of introduction. If I moved after one year from now, would the pgwp validity start by arrival to canada?

There should be an expiry date. There isn’t an unlimited amount of time between when you graduate and apply for PGWP and when you have to initiate the PGWP.

Ok. For example, if I moved to Canada after 1 year from now, should the initiated pgwp duration start by the date of arrival to Canada? If I should have three years pgwp, should the three years start upon arrival to Canada or before this date?
