what is the deadline for applicat of study permit for Jan 2013 in university

I have just applied for Thompson Rivers University. I am just waiting for fees receipt and GIC certificate which is expected to come in next week. I just want to know that what is the dead line for application for study permit for the University applicants ? I came to know that it is 1st week of decemeber. is it true

its 1st december ....dont expect that entire first week will be open for applying ,may be 1 or 2 days
