What is the best way to apply for PR in my case?

Hi everyone,

I have a physical therapy bachelor degree with 15 years experience but I have not worked for the past 10 years for personal reasons. I want to apply for PR in Canada but I checked my eligibility for express entry in CIC, the result was ineligible.

How to apply for PR in my case?

Unless you have been working you won't be eligible.

with this statement, practically all economy streams are not for you at the moment. Because all of them either require at least 1 year of work experience during past 10 years, or to have recently graduated from a Canadian college or university.
So your options are:
1. first work 1 year before you can become EE eligible
2. go to study to Canada and then try to use a PNP stream
3. marry somebody in Canada.

But given your info, you speak like somebody that is 45+ (and most likely you want to retire in Canada). In that case any Economic stream will be very difficult. As your age might be too much of a penalization.
