What is Proof of Relationship & family member proof of status

I got the ITA on 6 April, I have completed all docs but there are two questions which I don't know what to do with it.

1. Proof of Relationship
2. family member proof of status

Can someone assist on this?

1. Documents that prove your relationship to your family member, e.g. birth certificates listing a common relative, if it isn't you directly

2. Proof that your family member is established in Canada, e.g. PR card, citizenship card, Canadian passport, their bank statements, billing address, etc.

Many thanks, I will do so. In my docs and my sister's docs there is one issue

1. Mother name on my documents is 'DARSHANA GARG"
2. Mother name on sister's documents who is residing in Canada is "DARSHANA DEVI"

This confusion, forcing me to think too much whether i show my relative in Canada or not. Will it make any difference or impact?

I can't answer for sure if there is an impact as I do not know the breakdown of your FSWP scoring. The relative in Canada adds 5 points to FSWP. If you can reach the 67 pass score without the relative, then you can leave your sister out.
