Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Hey,

So I am in the middle of my Common-Law PR about 7 months in...

After the 1st stage I should get my Open Work Permit which I included within my application.

I understand after the 2nd stage I will get my Landing letter which will display what on it? I understand it will display the location, time and date which my GF will have to attend the landing interview but what else is required?

Any documentation?

The last thing I want to happen is to arrive there and not have everything with me as I heard you can get turned away and its re-scheduled for another date.

Each of you should have some document like a recent bank statement or drivers licences, that shows you are still cohabiting.

Okay great thanks, is that exactly what is says so we can start gathering up the documents and getting things ready?

Actually I don't think the proof of cohabitation is part of the COPR. This is something i've just heard the landing officer sometimes requests, based on various people's inland landing experiences.

The only thing required for a landing as per the COPR... is your passport and the B4/B4A customs forms if the new PR will be importing any goods later on. Though it's better to ask this question in one of the inland dedicated threads.
