What do you need to have to apply for a VISA to Canada?
What things would give you a better chance of getting approved for the VISA?
What are the chances of a Russian citizen getting approved?
How long does it usually take for an answer from the Candadian government?

A Russian citizen has the same chances of being approved as anyone else. Where you are from doesn't matter. What matters is your education, work experience, language skills, etc.
