What is meant by "show all positions held while employed at the company"

Hi

Preparing myself with everything. For the preparation of the reference letter there is one of the requirements that states that the reference letter must include:

"show all positions held while employed at the company".

What is meant by this?

Does that mean if I have worked for 3 years and I was promoted every year then I should mention all 3 of my designations (positions held) or I can just mention my last position at the company in the reference letter.

Mention all the positions held at the company with work responsibilities.

I have held 3 positions within the same company. I added each position in separate rows and ask for separate reference letters covering each work experience.
