What is LOE (letter of explanation) from college ??? Is it helpful in vis@??

I know SOP
But letter of explanation is the support letter from college ...which college send which includes full details of course and student eligibility everything.

It does not always work but it is useful to have one. It does not cost you anything. Just email the college and ask for a recommendation letter stating that they have students with similar eduction background and IELTS of yours studying in their college for a particular course and they have been very successful.
