What does it mean to work on an incorporated basis in Canada ?

So, are you implying that sometimes individuals in Canada could/would generally incorporate a company and then work on projects for clients under the name of that incorporated company ?

But is this the right thing to do, i mean, legally speaking ?
And why would people need to do this when one can work as a contractor if C2H or Permanent employment is not possible ? How is this any different from being an independent contractor ?

It is legal. Companies prefer to work with companies instead of individuals to reduce paperwork/taxes/liability on their side.
