What is form 3911???

Hey guys,
I am soon going to apply for permanent resident for my wife-to-be, we are both from Iran and I am trying to prepare all the forms upfront. After filling out almost all of the forms, I found a form called "3911" which can be found here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/guides/3911e.pdf

It is called "country specific instructions" or something. Starting page 10 of the file, there are suddenly so many forms and declarations to be filled out and signed which were not mentioned as necessary in the beginning of the file.

Does any body have any experience with that form?

This is simply a checklist for those applying from any of the countries listed on there (Middle East). There are different checklists depending on the country/region you are applying from. Yes, it is confusing with so many forms to complete, but when you take your time to read the guide and ask questions here, it becomes easier.
