You should probably wait for Ontario PNP scores to come down, or try other provinces if you have got relatives or connection there. Express entry isn't going to come down to 420's anytime soon.

In the current scenario a score above 450 will get you a guaranteed ITA in the near future. A score between 440-450 would also be decent and can expect ITA if draws are conducted at 2 weeks interval. With score between 430-440 getting an ITA would depend entirely on you luck. Ontario PNP or PNP from some other province could be an option.

So, I work in an organisation that also has an office in Vancouver. I can request my office to give me a letter stating that if I get PR, then can let me work in the Vancouver office. Is there any provision for such a thing? Any points for that?

But that is not a job offer as such just a speculative letter is it not which counts for nothing.
