what is Certificate of Qualification?

I was wondering what is Certificate of Qualification and how do I obtain one if I have a college degree in Ontario?

Thanks for your answer. I have an Electrical engineering technology degree in Ontario. I don't need a certificate to perform my job.
Can I just finish my application without it?
I don't think I can get one for my occupation

Yes, you can submit without such a certificate. Such a certificate does not apply to your occupation. Best wishes to you.
