Anyone knows about it??? if anyone have details about it plz share.. I live in pakistan.... How will pakistani student go through from this BIS???

Biometric Identity Screening

Starting in 2013, CIC plans to require nationals of 29 countries and 1 territory to appear in person to have their fingerprints and photograph taken when they apply for a temporary resident visa, study or work permit.

1. Starting date is December 2013 for Pak nationals. You will have to visit designated Visa Application Centre to submit finger prints + photo.
