At first, I was planning to apply for both my WP and PR as soon as I receive my BC PNP nomination (non-Express Entry). But I have been researching options for my wife to study English and my daughter to be in daycare while my wife is studying. And I found LINC as a great option that satisfies both things at the same time. However, to be eligible, we need to either have a PR or a letter from IRCC (approval-in-principle). But it seems that I don't receive this AIP if I applied for PR outland.
So, optimizing to have access to LINC as soon as possible, what do you all think is better? Should I apply for PR outland right array or wait until I get to Canada and apply from there (being able to receive AIP)? Is the inland application faster?
