What is best institute for computer networking diploma or post graduate

Dear all,

What is the best institute for computer network course either for diploma or pg.? As I have a lot of gaps in my education and backlogs, i dont think i can get a pg seat.
I am already working as a network engineer for a small isp, I wish to enhance my skills. I wish to apply for co-op programs.

Anyone here on the forum who is already studying for the same?
