What is AOR

Hi Guys,
Today, I submitted my e-APR and received a message with the form IMM5794 "Acknowledgement of receipt - Application for permanent ". I wonder if this form is the "AOR", that is frequently mentioned in this forum? Also whats the OAR term stands for.

yeah i guess on your AOR it says something like " you can use this to apply for BOWP.................."

How do you get AOR? By email or by signing in to Services Canada?
