What is address to our spousal sponsorship applications? Help pls

Immigration goverment site has many addresses for Canada inside sponsorship. We are in Canada, AB now. We can not understand where application to send: Case Processing Centre, Vegreville, AB T9C1W3 or to CPC Mississauga P.O. Box 3000 and may be other address. Help please!!!

Are you sponsoring inland or outland? (Note: you can be in Canada during outland sponsorship - for stage 2 you your application will be transferred to a VO abroad) If you're sponsoring inland, it goes to Vegreville. If you're sponsoring outland, it goes to Mississauga.
