Hi,
My permanent residence is in France, but am currently in Canada on a tourist visa, working remotely for a British company. Because I am a tourist, I cannot stay for more than 6 months at the time. Also, I have spent 2 months in Sierra Leone for work, and up to 6 months in Burkina Faso also for work. In these cases, should my stays in Canada, Sierra Leone and Burkina Faso be added to my residence history or as part of my travel? I paid taxes in Burkina Faso only, despite not having a residency card for these countries.
Just want to make sure I don't make a mistake between extended periods of stay in a country as a tourist and residence.
Thank you!
